240 charger issue

I have a 240 charger and using the mobile charger.. has been fine for about 7 months or so months no issues. Today it stopped charging I can say for certainty that the 120 normal outlet charger with the same mobile charger is working, so it's either the outlet for the adapter closest to the outlet that is the issue... I am going to keep the 240 adapter in the house to warm up maybe overnight and try it again tomorrow, I'm assuming I might have to call the electrician test the outlet but any help in the meantime is appreciated

Edit. Breaker tripped. Leaving this up here for any future help. Or you all can delete it.
