There are 4 or 5 scratches that have gone through to the plastic
I am insured through Tesla - they suggested i go to the other parties insurance company to avoid having to pay the deductible.
I did, and they offered me just over $750.
Am I better to just get the scratches fixed with the $750. Go back to Tesla insurance and claim through them, pay my $1k deductible and then let them contact the 3rd party insurance to try to get them to pay of what Tesla insurance would have to pay to get it fixed?
The answer is probably obvious, just trying to think through it
