So I got my 2022 model 3 and the car has been great. However, this past weekend the car computer randomly turned off while I was driving. It came back on after a few minutes so I submitted a service request. The service advisor didn't seem to believe me and told me "Be aware that your vehicle is recording data every second so it's important we have the exact date". Luckily I submitted the service request a few minutes after it happened so I was able to give them a time frame.
Now they're charging me $100 for diagnostic. I've had the car for less than a month. I'm I missing something in the warranty fine print here?
