Which is harder on the battery: charging at home to 100% or supercharging in the middle?

I travel pretty frequently 300 miles, so I've wondered is it better for me to top off to 100 before I leave home and do less super charging, or to just do the standard 90 percent charge and spend an extra few minutes supercharging?
