Greetings everyone. I have finally got to a place in life where it is entirely possible my next car could be my dream car - a Tesla. I have scheduled a test drive next Tuesday for a Model 3 SR , which is all I would get should I decide to bite the bullet.
I need some help from this community. I’m under the impression the sales centers are still doing Touchless Test Drives, and most info I’ve seen says I will basically get 20 minutes with the car. I can do all the research on mileage, dependability, cost of ownership, etc., without a salesman. What I need to know is this: from experienced Tesla owners, what should I actually do with the car if I only have 20 minutes to play with it? What are some things I need to do to know how life with a Tesla really is? I don’t want to just show up, sit in it, and waste half of my time going around the block. I want to try to have a list of things to do to show me if a Tesla would actually fit into my life. Any thoughts or suggestions, or general helpful tips for driving a Tesla?
