Im in bit of a pickle. I ordered 21MY standard 37k miles for 27k USD. No fsd, and RWD.
I did not know about the instant 7500 federal tax discount, which brings down the new 24MY standard non FSD, RWD down to $34k before tax. I tried everything to maybe if they could refund me the $500 deposit I did for the used 21 MY but they all said no.
I test drove at the local tesla show room a 2023 MY. It blew my mind away how much better modern MY is compared to the 2017 M3 I used to own. I had the very first 5000 batch of M3 LR and that car reminded me of driving old civic so much, from wind noise, rattling everywhere, rattle when doors close, I actually had air come in through the corner of the front windshield and I first took delivery for this car lol.
Anyways I sold my 17 M3 for a ridiculous amount of money to CarMax in 22 and now now im shopping around for a MY.
My main question is, if I were to keep the 21 MY would the ride quality be pretty similar to 23 MY? Upon my research, yes I know there are differences in CPU and my 21 is pre console update. But as far as the ride goes is it relatively close to the 23 MY?
