Hulu Lag/Constant Buffering when trying to watch in 21 Tesla Model Y

Hello! Hulu works fine on devices and at home, however when I try to watch in my Tesla model Y, it lags every 5 seconds or so. No other app has this issue, only Hulu. Disney, Youtube, Twitch have no issues, and it does not seem to be related to internet signal strength, as when I am home and using home wifi the issue stays the same with just Hulu. Anyone else have this issue and any tips to solve this issue?
Is there a way to reinstall the Hulu app on my Tesla Y?
