i mean, everyone here is acting like they killed him on purpose, but it was clearly just incompetence. he said youre gonna kill me but he also talked like he was gonna go to school, cant not take a guy like that with a grain of salt. out of all the videos like this, this one is much more understandable.
they were literally surprised by and in disbelieve of the guy dying. thats not malice thats incompetence. you are talking about the death penalty here as a solution instead of training, thats more ridiculous than the video itself.
You want people to be killed. At least they didn't want that. I'd still rather have them in charge than you.
Im not saying it's not sad. I'm saying they clearly didn't intend to kill him.

Our countries are only a good example for the opposite reason. Because we never kill anyone. If your country had gun control your cops could be less impulsive, since they wouldn't always feel like their life is on the line. But yeah, actually training them would help a lot too
