Like it says in the title, I am hosting a world on my computer. It's a multiplayer world with mods (all mods are multiplayer compatible) when I start the world I can play for a few minutes and after that anything as simple as taking something out of the inventory or pressing [Esc] freezes my game for a few seconds.

Note; I don't have any multicore lightning turned on, I played about with settings nothing has helped.

My pc specs:

i7 6700k

Geforce GTX 1060 6gb

16gb ddr4 2666mhz

asus z170-a motherboard

samsung evo 860 500gb ssd

decent 1TB HDD

Anyone had this happen to them before? if so, how did you manage to fix it? I can provide video if needed but its literally something like the second I click on a item it instantly freezes my game for about 3 seconds and back to normal. I can run around and kill stuff no problem but whenever I interact with any of the items in my inventory or press escape it freezes the game. Thank you!
