Will this work for Hallow key mold farming?

I set up similarly to get my ice key mold and I was wondering if the same set up works for hallowed mold? Honestly I'm not even sure if where I am is considered hallowed though. I get the monster spawns here but I don't have the rainbow. I also play the game with sound off so I can't check like that either. Currently at 9 meteor banners since I've started here.
