Is the Pink Prickly Pear impossible to get in the Zenith seed world or am I just VERY unlucky?

My friends and I are playing in the get fixed boi seed, we've just beaten the golem, and we've never encountered a single one. We've been looking for one since the start of the game so we can craft the Rainbow Dye but we can't make it spawn.
We've tried:
- Creating a cactus farm using pure sand on the fake "surface" desert in the cavern layer
- Creating a cactus farm using infected sand on the true surface
- Creating a cactus farm using pure sand on the true surface
Please we need advice from anyone who found one in any get fixed boi or don't dig up world! We want to slay the moon lord while looking fabulous!
