I was thinking spider blocks, but technically bone blocks might work, you can't craft them but you require skeletrob defeated to access the dungeon, and bones aren't a wall or placeable tile?
this one technically is a tile, but not a liquid. it does still slow your fall, however
that would be honey blocks, but no, in this case has nothing to do with jungle, but still remains a bug themed piece
Technically it has to be a craftable block, so they don't count, and yes skeletron is mandatory

No block technically, they can be placed, but not collected

Because it's not worded perfectly, it's not just mandatory to have killed the boss in question, but the boss is also mandatory to progress
