Tera gear order?

What gear am I supposed to be doing. Do i just keep upgrading the same thing until i cant evolve it anymore. Nothing online gives a clear direction what to do after 65. Fight bosses that 1 shot you all day? How many players days do I have to ruin to just soam dungeons hoping for the best
