Waiting a day to delete a reaper. (sort of rant)

I play Tera on PS4. I understand why you have to wait 24 hours to delete a character over level 40. I was one over the limit so I went to delete an extra Reaper character. Then I tried to play one of my other characters and it said I was still over the limit. Just annoying. I thought I needed to add more details after getting some replies. I guess this is less of a rant about reapers and more about the fact you have to wait a day to even play Tera on PS4, if you are deleting a character to fit the limit of characters you're allowed to have.
