What is the mysterious Bronson Country Beach Club?

It sits on Offut Lake just down from The Lady of the Lake Public House. It's always been mysterious to me since it's covered in No Trespassing, unless you're a member, signs. I've never seen anyone there but the grounds seem to be maintained. I can't find anything online about the place.
What is it? What happens there? How do you become a member?
