Hey! I'll go to one of the most gay and open minded districts in the world for 1 month and I'll be a subtenant. I'm thinking on ideas about how to make some money out of the apt; what do you think? Maybe organizing some parties with a fee? Is there something like couchsurfing but with a fee?

The thing is that I don't want the tenant to know that I'll be making money out of the apt, therefore, I don't think it'd be a good idea to post on Facebook groups things like "I'm sub-subletting this apt", but I wonder is there a discreet website to do this, or someone might have another idea? There will be also days where I'll be out of the city, and would be great to rent the place for 1 night or 2, but I'd also be willing to share the apt with random people for some nights, as long as I can charge, but I don't know where could I post my ad. Thanks!
