Oregon Tenant: Landlord and Contractor Visit

Post Body

Our landlord is kicking us out end of February because they sold another of their properties and decided to move back. They want to make a lot of structural changes such as improving the kitchen and making the master bedroom bigger by extending portions into what is now the garage. The landlord keeps bugging us to all leave the home so that her and her contractor can look at all areas of the home for about two hours, and according to her, he needs to do this ASAP.

Do I have to let them do this, or can I respectfully ask that she wait until we are moved out, even though it's inconvenient for her and her contractor? Please not the home was built in 2004 and it's for personal changes and not because anything is broken.
