Upon deciding to leave a place you rent, would you consider finding a new tenant for your landlord if the prospective tenant promised you a referral fee?

This would involve getting applications, arranging for visits, suggesting tenants to your landlord etc.
Would you do such work if the prospective tenant put a reward for you on an escrow platform ?
