There's an opportunity to rent In a really nice area but I'm not sure if we should take it even if we can afford it.
The landlord lives on the first floor with his family. The outside area is shared, the porches and the backyard but they are very nice, flexible and friendly.
It's on the second floor, it's two bedrooms, has a sunroom, a large living room with a good sized storage room. Heat not included. There are security cameras around the property and they pay for the service.
It's in a really nice and quiet neighborhood but right around the corner is two grocery stores, and many quality stores and fast food restaurants. Theres a highway less than 10 minutes away ans theres a border to another state close by.
You can have up to two pets. There backyard is essentially two backyards. There's a 24 hour shell station less than 60 seconds away.
There's two driveway spots and additional street parking.
They have a pool we can use with permission and a built into the ground tent on the patio. There a fire pit we can use too.
The apartment is average, it's not extravagant but it's not falling apartment. There's a pretty new fridge.
What are your thoughts. It sounds like a good deal. There are other places around 1300 in the area as well but this place is pretty nice in regards to the bonuses and location.
