1. No pets or animals are allowed to be kept in the home, more than 7days, without prior written consent of the Landlord. Pots will bo allowed in this residence, in the future, with an additional $1000 security deposit paid to Landlord, prior to the acquisition of said pet.

She wasn’t even gonna try an bring our cat at all an our psychiatrist wrote her a letter to give to her landlord and her landlord says she’s still had to pay the deposit fee, is this legal?. Can he deny her our cat? …. An yes our cat does bring my ole lady about of comfort when she has an emotionally unstable episode, especially when she’s gets into a really down mood, sometimes our kitty is the only thing that can change her mood, so it’s not like she’s trying scam him outta money an get our cat into the place. She has a text where he says she is not allowed to have him unless she pays the deposit.
