Landlord routinely breaks Landlord/Tenant laws, advice?

I live in NJ

Longtime lurker here didn’t think I’d ever have something meaningful to ask, but (unfortunately) here we are.

I recently got a new landlord starting in late December after my previous landlord sold the property. Old landlord was very nice and respectful and never had a issue. Any emergency or anything and it was solved in a timely manner.

New landlord is just the worst. First time I met he made demands that weren’t stated on my lease (runs out in august).

The problem started when he started construction on renovating the other 3 units to this 4 unit building.

Since starting construction he has shut off my utilities 3 times for NON emergency repairs without any notice at all. I only found out because my girlfriend is a SAHM and called me to complain about it.

The construction crew he has is here 7 days a week pretty much all day. To my knowledge all non emergency repairs can only happen between 7am and 6pm. Despite asking multiple times they always stay late. I have a baby that can’t really nap during the day because of the noise. I have texts of him dismissing anything I bring up about this, telling me to grow up about it and if I don’t like it move.

Is there anything that can be done? Thank you to all that respond. I am clueless with this stuff as in 5 years of renting never had a bad experience.
