Etiquette regarding contacting people moving into the unit I’m moving out of?
Post Body

I’m leaving my Philadelphia studio apartment at the end of November and my landlord has just began to set up showings for prospective new tenants. My partner and I are going to clean up and get the place ready for viewing but I’m wondering if it would be weird if I left my contact information on the kitchen table so that any perspective tenants could text me with questions about the area.

It’s been a great place to live, mostly, although there are some things I wish I knew when I moved in and I want to pay it forward.

Point of contact for the Landlord company has been great, super professional, and response. Point of contact for the Landlord company has been great, super professional, and responds timely to things and I am leaving on good terms but I wonder if she’d feel slighted or if it would affect me negatively, if I left one.
