Sustainable Tempeh Production
Post Body

Hey everyone! I've been making tempeh for a bit in Italy and have started to sell some very small scale. I was curious if anyone has any advice for sustainable or reusable packaging.

So far we have experimented with clay molds we have made and also incubating in fig leaves. The problem comes when we want to sell it and need some soft of packaging.

If anyone has any advice please let me know. I was thinking about using reusable containers and have a swap system but it definitely complicates the selling process and limits growth a bit. any advice is great appreciated!

cheers
