Do I get paid for a task I released?
Post Body
I encountered this really hard task and tried my best to work on it. Eventually, I just gave up after I went about 3 minutes over the 14 minute AET, and the instructions also stated that I should release the task if I thought I didn’t have the expertise to complete it. I never released a task before, unless it was because a technical issue on Telus’s side. Can I still submit the time I spent on the task?
