Unable to connect to Instagram and Messenger

Hi all,
I'm a Boost customer and recently I noticed I have been unable to connect Instagram and Messenger with mobile data. Whilst I can browse any other app without any issues. I have tried reset network setting, reset eSim, delete and update the app, turning on and off the phone but still no good.
Every time I reach out to customer support and they said it is an outage caused issue.
Any help or feedback would be greatly appreciated.
I'm on iPhone 15 Pro Max, Melbourne CBD. Thank you!
