Post Body

I’ve called three Telstra Shops in the Mandurah area and left messages and my number at all three shops. I’ve done this twice at the three shops over a three day period. I live in regional WA and I’m trying to urgently purchase a new phone for my nephew who is in mandurah. His screen on his current phone is stuffed, he’s going through a rough patch and he needs my help.

I only want a cheap replacement until I can afford something better for him. His mother is hooked on drugs and the young bloke has been couch surfing to get away from the druggies and drug scene in general. He’s an 8 hr return drive away from me hence why I want to deal directly with a person, in a store so I know what they have in stock.

Any suggestions of what I can do other than driving all the way up there and back?
