what does this look like it could be?

Some of the photos are un harsh lighting, but I’ve started thinning since I was 17 (im 20 now) and the thinning started primarily where I circled the spot in red. It’s gotten worse overtime though, i have ocd and experience a lot of anxiety which has been a problem since I was a child which has only gotten worse. As of rn I live in a very stressful environment (I don’t want to get into it due to personal reasons) does this look like TE? I’m pretty sure my hairline has been unaffected.
