Can we talk about the hairlines?
Post Body

I want to start off by saying this show is amazing, i love the writing so much and this tv show has moved me to tears many a time. However… the hairlines in this show are driving me NUTS. I understand that actors are actors and the hair that they have is their hair but like…Evan’s hairline is so SHARP and crisp but not in a good way. In some scenes, it looks like he’s wearing a scooter helmet. It’s so distracting that at times i find myself fantasizing about how i can make his hair look more, idk, hair-like, and by the time i tune back in, the scene is over.

Stephen, on the other hand, has a hairline that looks like it is trying to flee his scalp. He’s apparently 20-21 years old in the show, but the hair is receding so much that it takes me out of the scene. I no longer believe that Stephen is in college but in fact, approaching 30 as Jackson White is in real life. His hair in the 2015 scenes looks way more age appropriate. I find myself wondering who is in charge of the hair and makeup department for this show and am curious if they need a consultant.

& LEO??? His hair looks like a tiny dollop of whipped cream atop a giant dome full of spooky French secrets.

The only one with good, believable college aged hair hair is Wrigley.

Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk and I’m wondering if anyone else out there agrees. These guys are supposed to be playing college aged kids in their early twenties but the dude hairlines are so crazy and all over the place and yeah i just needed to vent.
