Kishin player 190k prowess with 98 defense and 93 attack cheating?

Played a Brian with these stats and I’m just wondering if it’s normal to see players at this level with such high defense. I was 100% outplayed but felt a bit sus after checking their stats. Only saying this because I’ve fought much higher rank opponents who were not able to defend as well as this person.
