A funny thing I just discovered: Almost every character in TEKKEN 8 has an unused voice file with their laughs

So, I was listening to some voice files, and I noticed that each of the characters (besides those who laugh during their moves regularly) have sound bites with their laughter in them. This made me really curious, because I don't remember one instance in the game where Lars, for example, would laugh.
This is super interesting, because you don't get to hear these characters laugh during battle. I wonder under what circumstances these laughs are used.
