About to go to my very first local tournament, I'm getting nervous.

This is the first time I join a tournament. I don't wanna get nervous and be fidgety and press buttons due to nervousness. Any tips against this?

Update: I lost. Hahaha. I got 0 wins and 2 losses. The first one was up against a Kazuya, and I get confused when he wavedashes and keeps doing the sweep. Plus my nervousness made me do moves unsafe on block. The 2nd round was against a Lars. I couldn't keep up and I lost, however I managed to get back a bit, because we always ended up on Final Round haha. Either way it was a fun experience but the Lars one made me quite salty.
