Okay so as a mostly gay man Lydia is basically iconic to me, but not just because she’s beautiful and always has the best style, but because her character arch and growth throughout the show.
She started out as the stereotypical mean girl who’s super shallow and dumb and useless. But as she goes through the ups and downs of the story and discovered her connection to the supernatural and grew closer to Styles and the others she became compassionate and strong and stopped caring what other people thought and started showing her true intellectual ability, and did what was right.
I just love her growth so much, it’s like Teen Wolfs equivalent of Carol Peltier from The Walking Dead.
