What are your goto's to get out of a prolonged writers block?

Little tips and tricks that helps you get back into it. I've been on a couple months long block and I'm not sure what to do. I've tried some standards like making loops and little synths here and there. Can't seem to get anything together. I can feel the ideas come and go. Hell I did some ambient production but my love is techno and for some reason I can't seem to get anything out of my head I to live. Everything has been sounding like ass the next day. Sorry for the ramble but I don't have any one to really talk to about production or techno music hence the little dump of emotions there. Thanks in advance!
