Switching from a Samsung Fold 6 to an iPhone 16 Pro Max: Is it a good decision?
Post Body

I need your answers – Yes/No, and then please provide your reasoning. I don't need financial advice here, so kindly respect my question. Thank you!

Context: I’m considering switching from my Galaxy Fold 6 to an iPhone 16 Pro Max because I’ve realized that I’m not really using the unfolding feature of the Fold. I mostly use it as a regular, folded phone.

The issue is, I’m already in the Apple ecosystem – I use a MacBook Pro M1 for work and just got an iPad. While I think the Fold 6 is cool due to the larger screen when unfolded, I’m not sure I’ll need that feature anymore since I now have the iPad.

I’m not a gamer. I mainly use my phone for the camera and social media. I can’t keep two phones because I don’t need that much, and I’m not a heavy user.

What’s your opinion? Thank you!
