Are these Kingston DDR4 laptop rams legit?

Heya! I'm looking to upgrade my ram and I saw these two which is "on-sale" for half it's current price. Looking at the reviews, I'm really skeptical, kasi the packaging seemed to be open from the photos they sent -- but it works, apparently.

Has anyone purchased from these sellers before? They're not verified, either. So... they might be indeed tampered or fake... Or a chinese reseller? BUT. It's half the price! So I just want to ask here first if it actually works or a blue screen menace.
