Best phone for upto 40k

Hi guys, I'm looking for a new cp for my wife with a budget upto 40k. Her requirements are as follows: * Good camera * Good battery * Need to have google apps so Huawei is not an option. * Slick design
I will add from my side that I wish the phone to have cpu not weaker than Snapdragon 8 gen 2.
Ive been looking at vivo v30 pro and honor 200 but maybe you have better recommendations.
