iPhone 15 or wait IF there’s a new SE?

Thinking of upgrading to a new iPhone because my SE2020 is already at 75% battery life and PowerMac center is requiring me to surrender my phone for a month just to replace the battery. Ok naman sana ang price na 5k pero ang tagal kasi ng 1 month, pero kung May suggestion kayo kung saan legit pwede magpa palit ng battery mas better
Torn between sa 15 or wait ko na lang kung may ilalabas na SE 4 by next year? Mas mura kasi ang 15 sa non PowerMac retailer.
My SE2020 is already 4 years old.
