is there a way to stop text unknown numbers from loan apps?

di ko po alam saan ippost na subreddit so pls forgive me if mali hahahaha
so ayun nga po, di ko po alam paano itigil yung mga text nakakainis na HAHAHAHA i used loan apps before, then i stopped na. idk if there's a way to stop it completely. just wanted to know if there's an alternative aside from changing numbers kasi yun yung naka-link sa goverment kineme ko. ayun lamang po maraming salamat po sa sasagot 🫶🏻😇
