Can we make a small change to Illaoi?

Illaoi seems like an underperforming unit to me. For Mercs or Bruisers, she's like a unit that's "just there" for the comp. For her ability to be somewhat beneficial, what if it applied a short taunt so the team prioritizes that target (while of course bumping up her mana cost so she doesn't perma taunt)?
