The ranger buff was a horrible idea

With the addition of Senna and lucian, theres reason to build 2 of the rangers with added synergy now.
Additionally, 80% at 4 is WAY disproportionate of a bonus for a level 2 synergy, far more than any other class. 100% from 80 is actually worthless, you basically have permanently double attack speed anyway.
80% should be level 3. 60% was fine at level 2, but atm ranger teams are completely disintegrating everything, even warden front lines.
