Is the Jazz comp (if uncontested) still OP in lower Elo?

I'm Gold III and I just went the Jazz comp. 3* MF, 3* Ekko, 3* Bard, 2* Lucian and Ziggs. The reason I went was I was given a Neeko and Miss Fortune right off the bat and had Kennen super fan headliner. I only died once that whole game and ended with 87 health. It was so OP! I mean, this may be partially due to being in Gold rank though.

If I were to place in Plat or Emerald, would the Jazz comp still score a first place or a top 4? Or would it bot 4 in higher Elo? Just wanted to ask to see what others think.

It was so fun to play this again after not playing it for a long time and it being completely uncontested. 4 Jazz really felt good this game today!
