How do I counter Sett?

With the new patch every one and their grandmas are spamming Sett and I don't seem to be able to deal with it unless I have some holy trinity like Last Whisper, Shieldbreaker and Giant Slayer on a high DPS carry.
Is there a unit or some kind of setup that is intrinsically good against mecha Sett? Leona comes to mind but, being a legendary, seems way too unreliable as a strategy.
