Post Body

Hi reddit, I work in a secondary academy. I am frequently on cover. I started recording them, and have done over 16 this year, most of which were not "emergency" and most required teaching a whole lesson of a subject I'm not a specialist in. I have a full timetable if you include co teaching and a supervised study period.

I am wondering: A) is this normal? Good? Bad? B) is this something academies are allowed to do

Thanks in advance!
