Considering leaving but worried an office job will be worse.
Post Body

I've been a teacher for eight years now. I can no longer stand having to work on and keep track of 5000 things at once. My class is full of esl and students with different learning needs. They are lovely kids, but having to make my lessons work for so many different levels feels like I'm delivering ten different lessons each class. It's report writing time now and I hate how all the other teachers, leaders and principals talk about how we basically have to do it all at home in our own time, I'm sure in an office job (at a good office at least) they wouldn't expect you to write reports for free at home.

Anyone that has transitioned into an office job, did you find yourself with more time? Less stress? Of course I realise that every office would be different but I'd like to hear your experience, what you life is like now.
