Teaching in Asia Conditions

I am currently teaching high school in Philadelphia and honestly I don’t want to come back next year. My admin is terrible, students are very rough and honestly I feel like I am getting my head kicked in daily. That said, I wanted to look into teaching overseas in either Korea or Japan and wanted to know what teaching overseas is really like compared to the United States. It’s a big decision but one thing is certain I want out of the school I am at now.
