I’m quitting my job this week. I’ve been on fmla leave since November and decided I’m not going back, I need to find a new career. I’m really nervous about the conversation I’m going to have with the president and principal of my school this week. I’m prone to tears and giving wayyy too much personal info when I get in anxious situations, and I really want to end it in a way that’s unlike the emotional mess that led me to take a break. Scripting is really helpful for me to prepare for things like this. What EXACTLY do you think I should say? Straight to the point, I took time off and decided this isn’t for me.
