Was conflicted about accepting a new position before I gave it some more thought. Accepted the offer today and plan to give 30 days' notice to my admin that I won't be returning after Thanksgiving.
What do I say in my resignation letter? I'm going to tell them in person, but I also want to have something printed to document. Any tips? Any advice from people in toxic environments? I'm absolutely going to be chewed out by my admin for leaving, and I'm I hope ready for the hell that I've created for myself for the next month.
