As a new teacher, is it okay to apply to multiple job openings at the same school?

Post Body

Hi all, I’m a newly certified teacher trying to find a job for this upcoming August, and there’s a few schools I’m interested in that have posted multiple grades I’m interested in (i.e. two have kindergarten and 2nd grade openings, both of which I’d be happy to have the chance to interview for), but I wanted to know if it looks okay to apply for both of them, especially as a new teacher.

With that being said, if it is okay to do, should I include a separate cover letter for each and just change out the position since it’s already tailored to each school? Or would it be better to include the same cover letter for both jobs that includes my interest in both positions? For what it’s worth, this district posts each job separately so I’d be applying for each grade as a separate application.
