I feel like I make 2-3x the number of decisions when she’s here than not. She’s constantly making me the “bad guy” to the students instead of just saying no. When she knows the rules and routine. I teach pre-K ese, we have nap time I stepped out for 5 mins and came back to her having given two children her cellphone to watch YouTube videos! I feel like I have to micromanage her, she was a teacher for 20 years I shouldn’t be doing everything and telling her what to do constantly. When I’m not micromanaging she’s on her phone making phone calls, or just not here. Oh and everything is “very dangerous” everything.
