Class Presentations---YES or NO???

Post Body
For years I've had students do presentations in front of the class, and for years it has gone well. There are always 1 or 2 who refuse, but overall the students did well with them. However, it seems that we are putting more of a focus on mental wellbeing, and there are many students who either have anxiety, fear, and will say they cannot do a presentation. (And this refers to kids WITHOUT IEPs or 504 plans.) If a parent challenges me on this, I won't win. And...if one student doesn't have to give one, no one else should either. So, I feel here are my options...
- All students give a presentation. If not, the student receives a zero.
- Presentation are for full credit. If a student can't/won't, then they may present to me privately, but max score is an 80.
- No presentations for anyone.
